It is my mission to provide students with a safe and energetic learning environment where a student's self worth is valued. Taking into consideration the "whole" child is the center of my teaching philosophy,
It is my mission to create a "community of learners" where I learn just as much from my students as they learn from me.
It is my mission that students (including myself) in our learning community are engaged in learning that is fun while being connected to curriculum.
It is my mission to collaborate and communicate with parents as much as possible. Parent involvement is essential to student success.
It is my mission to use assessments to guide my instruction. I teach my students where they are at, not where they are "supposed to be." I encourage and expect all students to be the best learners they can be.
